Eliminating single points of failure through hardware voting, synchronized clock domains, and dissimilar microcontrollers.
Three independent flight control computers process identical sensor streams in lockstep. An analog and digital voting circuit compares actuator commands; if one channel deviates, it is silently disconnected while the remaining two maintain seamless flight guidance.
To protect against obscure microcode flaws or silicon errata, Channel A uses ARM Cortex-R real-time cores while Channel B executes on RISC-V, guaranteeing that a hardware-level processor bug cannot crash all redundant lanes simultaneously.
